An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well established company who areglobally recognised within the Construction &Rail industry. This is a permanent opportunity for someone with previous recruitment experience.

Ideallyyou will have experience in a similar role to HRRecruitment Co-ordinator.

Being a driver is also beneficial as you will be based on the outskirts of Harrogate centre.

The key responsibilties of this role are:

• Provide an effective and efficient service to all and be able to confidently explain the status of any vacancy, or applicant, at any given time
• Manage the recruitment email inbox, processing applications, and responding to queries
• Source and manage recruitment suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions and ensure they deliver a consistent quality and cost efficient service to the business
• Assist in the preparation of recruitment adverts to attract high quality applicants to the business
• Manage both internal and external advertising campaigns (including distributing internal vacancy sheets, and using external methods such as job centre, agencies, on-line and newspapers or publications)
• Assist with production of job profiles
• Shortlist candidates against job profiles
• Coordinate and arrange interviews. Produce interview schedules
• Assist in the development of both competency based and job related interview questions
• Collate interview notes and ensure that they are held for the appropriate amount of time
• Facilitate a range of selection tools where required (psychometric and aptitude tests)
• Production of ad-hoc reports, using the data held on the database and manipulating the data using excel
• Liaise with applicants to provide updates on their progress
• Provide advice and guidance to recruiting managers on all aspects of the recruitment process
• Provide professional feedback either directly to the candidate or via an agency

I am looking for someone:

• With In-house Recruitment / InternalResourcer / Recruitment Consultant / Agency experience
• Well organised, preferably with experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• A strong communicator, able to adapt communication styles dependant on audience
