Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to join my prestigious client in the HR Department on a permanent basis. With an A.S.A.P. start, you will have experience within aProfessional Services environmentand be seeking a long term career within HR.

Working alongside the HR Officer, the role will provide an effective on-site HR service to the Leeds Office which is both pro-active and responsive to the needs of the Partners and employees on site.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for sickness management, including managing the capability procedure, return to work interviews and access to medical reports. Also managing any long term sickness absence issues.
• Manage the recruitment process for secretarial and support staff, with support from the HR Officer
• Assisting with the UK Graduate Recruitment Programme
• To carry out induction training, ensuring that the presentation on the background to the firm is personalised and up to date for the Leeds Office.
• Responsible for all Parental Leave, including maternity, paternity and parental leave.
• Manage flexible working requests in accordance with the firm procedure.
• Conduct exit interviews for leavers and ensuring all equipment has been returned
• Research and collate salary benchmark information for annual salary review.
• Working closely with the HR Support team based in Manchester who deal with all HR Administration centrally

Ideally, you will:

• Have HR experience preferably within a professional services environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a professional manner. Having the confidence to deal with individuals at all levels
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle tasks and prioritise when required
• Ambitious with a mature and flexible approach to work
• A flexible individual with the ability to travel to other locations, sometimes at short notice
