Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with a Global Marketing organisation who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to offer project support for a major transition programme for a Fixed Term Contract for initially 3 months:

Responsibilities:

• Full transition/implementation plan & delivery
• Full communication plan and coordination
• Manager coordination and advice
• Risk mitigation (disengagement, tribunal claims, redundancies etc)
• Meeting coordination, delivery and follow up
• Documentation issue and close down

Person Specification:

• Ability to maintain employee engagement through a change programme
• Experience of providing significant support to Operations functions. This is particularly in relation to creation of the job descriptions and gap analysis tasks
• Experience of delivering phased implementation to meet operational change needs timelines.
• Ability to embed change effectively
• Ability to maintain delivery of HR ‘business as usual’ support.
