We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant position in our busy Dynamic Leeds Office due to company expansion. The role will be working on a Commercial permanent sales desk and needs someone who can work well under pressure hitting targets and meeting KPI's.

Cameron James are a recruitment agency that deal with various specialisms including Accountancy & Finance, Financial Services, Procurement, Supply Chain & logisitics, HR and training, General Insurance, Commercial, sales and administration.

We are ideally looking for candidates that can demonstrate success in Recruitment or Sales

Applicants must be confident on the phone as this will be a large part of your daily role and able to negotiate well to ensure you develop your desk and area.

The role will include:

* Interviewing candidates

* Cold calling clients

* Sales calls

* Face to face meetings

* Lead generation and converting to jobs

* Matching roles

* Negotiating fees and payments

* Speaking to candidates and clients daily

* Marketing candidates

* Dealing with queries

* Hitting KPIs and Targets (financial and non financial)

Offering competitive salary (dependent on experience) plus monthly bonus
