Job Information

My client is a well-established IT business based in Farsley, Leeds.
They are looking for a well experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Accounts team.
Your job would be to interact with customers and suppliers to help with queries and arrange collection/deliveries of goods.

Main Responsibilities


Dealing directly with customers and suppliers either by telephone and email
Promptly responding to customer enquiries
Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle and resolve all customer queries
Provide pricing and delivery information
Organise workflow to meet customer timeframes
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
General administrative duties
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions
