Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with a National business service provider within the FMCG sector, who is looking to appoint a Non-Executive HR Director



The organisation has gone through significant growth and they now need a Non-Executive HR Director to assist through a number of organisational changes.



This strategic appointment will add essential experience and knowledge to the Board, to encompass competitive markets, commercial direction and business planning, and marketing.

You will have a track record at HR Director level with experience of driving strategy. Having experience of a strategic, commercial and politically focussed role in the FMCG or Retail sector



They will also have experience of working multi nationally and have experience with Learning and Development.



This is a part time position with commitment to approximately 2 days a week.
