An exponentially growing and highly prestigious Mortgage firm are looking to add Broker Liaison Professionals to their existing team in Solihull town centre.

In what is a highly progressive role, reporting to the Business Development Manager typical duties will include:

• Registration, update and confirmation of broker details
• Production and distribution of KFI in conjunction with registered advisors
• Notification to network of ongoing commission rates
• Answering broker enquiries and corresponding with Mortgage Brokers
• Updating and verifying supporting documents/information
• Daily reporting of new business Management Information
• Status chasing involving liaison between brokers and solicitors
• Providing feedback with respect to product development and commission setting


As such the successful candidate will come from at least 2 years within a Mortgage background at either a lender, bank or IFA firm and have a strong knowledge of legislation.

This is a high profile role, meaning the candidate will be the main point of contact for mortgage brokers, therefore a hardworking, professional and communicative attitude is essential.

Due to the calibre of this firm their salary is highly competitive, paying between £20,000-£23,000 with benefits.
