My client, based in the Gerrards Cross area, is looking for a Payroll Assistant to join their expanding team. This position, within a chartered accountants, would be well suited to someone with 2-3 years’ experience within a similar environment. The varied role works within a small and friendly team whilst reporting into the Finance Manager.

Main duties:

• Processing both weekly and monthly payrolls
• Dealing with statutory deductions (TAX, NI, SSP, SMP)
• Submissions to HMRC under RTI
• Experience of a manual payroll
• Administration of pension scheme : auto-enrolment


Ideal candidate:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a payroll position
• Knowledge of Sage Payroll and IRIS software
• Proficient with MS Office
• Immediately available
