Job Information

My client, an international Investment company, is looking for a Finance/Business Graduate to join their Real Estate investment team as an Executive Officer. This role, based in the Marylebone area, centres around data analytics providing operational support to the Investment Management team. Working within a larger team, this role will report into an Executive Manger.

Main duties:

• Submission of data by external providers into the Management system
• Conduct data reviews and assist with any quarterly updates of information on assets
• Assist with the management of the on boarding process for external information
• Provision of training on the data submission process
• Validating and processing any payments/receipt approvals
• Assisting with data analytics to present to the board
• Assisting debt origination team with monitoring of performance


Ideal candidate

• A bright, articulate Finance or Business Graduate
• 2-5 years’ experience in Finance/Administration position
• Proficient with both Excel and PowerPoint
• Very strong attention to detail
