My City client is looking for a bright and switched on individual with between 2 - 5 years experience within an accountancy or administration position.

Candidates must have graduated ideally within finance/business studies or business administration with a minimum of a 2:1 degree (or equivalent)

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and pro active candidate with excellent attention to detail to join a busy team of 4.

You will be supporting the investment and asset management teams and will be required to fulfil the operational and reporting tasks as well as working closely with the investment officers to deliver excellent data, administration and process management support.

Duties will include:

• Submitting data of External Information Providers into Management information systems
• Conducting regular data reviews and verifying processes
• Regularly updating the quarterly update of information on assets to ensure investment officers have accurate data
• Validating and processing payments and receipt approvals in MI system
• Assisting with data analytics and presentations
• Monitoring performance of real estate debt investments
• Data and admin tasks, raising capital calls


Candidates must be enthusiastic and able to work on their own initiative with a tenacious and inquisitive approach

This role is to join a market leading company offering a competitive salary of c£40 - £50k dependent on experience.
