Pensions and Investments Administrator





We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work in our clients office in Meriden, to work directly with one of the Company Directors.





The individual would ideally have experience and a working knowledge using the Standard Life Wrap Platform along with SIPP and Pension Planning administration tasks, along with investments and protection.





There will be regular contact direct with clients and product providers over the telephone and face to face, therefore, excellent communication skills will be required. Being able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team where needed, is extremely important as you will form an important part of a small but busy office.





The job role will consist of:



• Confirming client meetings and diary management for the Director;
• Pre-meeting administration and preparing valuation reports;
• Post-meeting administration;
• Suitability Reports;
• Pension transfer analysis administration;
• Ensuring client files are kept compliant and up to date at all times.





Relevant CII or IFP qualifications would be preferred. Continued learning is encouraged and supported





The employee benefits package will include :



• Basic Salary of £25,000 commensurate with market rate;
• Discretionary Annual Bonus;
