A fast paced, Birmingham city centre based, estate agency with a growing client bank is looking to expand their professional team and are looking for a mortgage broker to make the team even more successful. The ideal candidate will be as follows:

• Will be CeMAP or CF1 and CF6 qualified
• Will need to have sales experience specifically in self generation of leads (ideally with an existing client bank)
• Working to mortgage, protection and conversion targets
• Dealing with customers over the phone and face to face
• Knowledge of the mortgage market
• Ideally have 2 years’ experience in mortgage advice
• Ability to work using own initiative
• Ideally will also have 1 years’ whole of market experience since MMR changes


This position is open due to a promotion and therefore there is potential within the company for progression and full support is offered to help with your development.

Basic Salary of £27,000 - £32,000 with realistic OTE of £55,000. A full benefits package is available including pension and 23 days holiday.
