Job Information

You will be working for an Insurance Agency with a close association to the Insurance Company who provide a range of personal and commercial insurance products. You will be part of a busy team required to advise and process insurance business including renewal, new policies and closures to comply with agreed time scales.

You will also be required to manage, inspire and develop the insurance sales team to deliver excellent customer service. Identify and implement ways to improve customer sales and service. Contribute to sales strategy and manage marketing budget to achieve sales objectives, preparing advertising, promotional literature and sales activity in liaison with the management team. Personally and through the team promote a cross-sale culture to drive sales of the various products to existing and prospective customers

Provide management information for the senior management team. Participate in planning the future development of the Insurance Agency

Participate in the general work of the office providing cover as required and undertaking other duties as required by the management.
