Job Information

Due to company growth my client is now looking to hire an excellent IFA Administrator to join an established team.

The successful person will have a background in Financial Services and be very passionate and skilled in administration. Candidates who are interested in becoming Para planners long term would benefit from this position as full training and development is provided.

The Role:

• Preparing client portfolios for advisors prior to client meetings
• Updating back office database. Useful systems to have learned are Avelo/Intelligent Office
• Processing new business to completion
• Using provider platforms such as Aviva Wrap, O&M, Assurewebb to conduct product research
• Writing basic suitability reports from templates
• Completing client fact finds using information from the advisor
• General administration and diary management


Key Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of Investments and Pensions
• Essential to have experience working at an IFA and not a bank/provider
• Excellent organisational skills
• Extensive rapport building
• Qualification within the Financial Services Industry would be desirable (R01/CF1)


The role offers a leading industry salary starting from £20000-£22,000 and full company benefits including study support to Level 4 DipFA.
