Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with a National FMCG organisation who are looking for a HR Officer to support the HR Business Partner in the provision of all areas of human resource management within their designated business unit. This role is an initial FTC with a view to becoming permanent after 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Manage & create recruitment support materials commercial business, ensure that all line managers are following a consistent recruitment process, be the first point of contact and act as the conduit between the recruitment team and line manager
• Work closely with Line Managers on advising and implementing org changes - direct the central HR admin team with any payroll changes
• Act as the communications champion within Kerry following direction from the HR Business Partner, help support the business to complete the Employee Survey and drive communication planning around engagement activities
• Responsible for all on-boarding processes and leaver process and collate data associated with these processes
• Assist in line manager familiarisation with all Company policies and procedures within the business and administer the process for maternity, paternity and any other ER activity policies for all employees
• Establish a Learning Calendar for Commercial populations and drive this in partnership with key stakeholders
• Facilitate HR interventions as necessary : directly partner with teams on creating a High Performance Culture
• Become the key advisor on recruitment strategy - support the HR Business Partner in the management of a preferred supplier list of agencies for recruitment and other ad hoc projects.
• Support the development and promotion of a positive working environment and strong culture of effective communication
• Actively participate in key HR projects and work cross functionally with colleagues on creating policy alignment and ways of working where necessary

• CIPD qualified or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience of working effectively within FMCG
