Job Information

My client is an established firm of Professional Accountants offering a range of accounting, tax and auditing services to both business and individuals. They are looking for an experienced Practice Accountant to join their team

Main duties:

• Preparation of accounts in statutory format from trial balance on VT
• Preparation of personal and corporate tax computations and completion of tax returns
• General bookkeeping on VT / excel / Sage
• VAT preparation and review
• Advising clients on areas of business improvement
• Guiding on tax and treasury issues


Ideal Candidate:

• Good knowledge Excel and Word
• Qualified by experience / part qualified / qualified
• Experience of working in an accountancy practice for at least 3 years
• Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage


This role would suit someone who is looking to continue to work in a practice for a well established firm based in the South West London area near Streatham.
