Job Information

A highly reputable boutique Employee Benefits Consultancy in Weybridge are looking for a Team Leader. In a role which will involve managing the EB Admin team, the ideal candidate will have the following skills/experiences:

• Experience processing/implementing Auto Enrolment in SMEs
• Experience processing GPPs and pulling together manual calculations
• PMI qualifications are preferable, and mentoring and checking experience is vital
• Looking to manage a team and happy to undertake certain administrative duties themselves


This position comes with an extensive benefits package and the opportunity to progress to consultant in the future.

The salary on offer ranges from £35,000-£45,000 dependent on experience, however only candidates with Auto Enrolment Admin experience will be considered for this vacancy.
