Sales Ledger Clerk - Temp to Perm

Cameron James are working with a non for profit organisation who operate in the care for those with disabilities who are now looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their finance function at their head office due to growth. The successful candidate will have proven experience within Sales Ledger and will be looking for a challenging and varied role, ideally immediately available.

The Role:

• Dealing with all outgoing invoices including the production and matching
• Bank and invoice reconciliations
• Handling posted cash, petty cash, cheques and any incoming funds
• Allocation of cash to outstanding invoices and reconciliations
• Dealing with queries relating to the Sales Ledger
• Credit Control responsibilities


The Candidate:

• Proven experience within Sales Ledger is essential
• Ability to work in a challenging environment and use own initiative
• Proficient user of Microsoft office including Excel
• Excellent communications skills especially phone manner
• Ideally professionally qualified although non essential
