An opportunity for an experience Sales Ledger Administrator has arisen to join my clients finance team based in Leyton, East London. This is a very hands-on, varied role that will include a lot of telephone activity.

Main duties:

• Daily reconciliations
• Checking Sage receipts and sales again cashier reports
• Entering bank payments daily
• Assisting customer queries
• Preparing credit notes for good return


Ideal candidate:

• 3 years in Credit Control
• Experience with a large sales ledger and inputting data
• Excellent telephone manner
• Working knowledge of Sage and Excel
• Team player with great communication skills


This role will suit someone who has sound knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate must have fantastic telephone manner and the ability to form good relations with customers and colleagues. For this role my client is offering a salary of Β£20,000.
