A national Financial Services consultancy are looking for Employee Benefits Advisors to join their London and Weybridge offering. These roles have been created as a result of exponential growth within this market leader.

Essential skills/experience:

• CF30 registered and fully qualified
• Knowledge and experience of Auto-Enrolment implementation
• Strong knowledge of Group Pension Schemes and knowledge of Flex/Group Risk
• A proven record of Client Relationship Management, with a history of strong client retention
• Not afraid of exploiting cross-selling opportunities and happy to be involved with some elements of new business
