We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Adviser Technology Training Consultant, fieldbased, with UK wide coverage. Key purpose of the role is todeliver training and development activities for Financial Advisers, ensuring they are trained comprehensively in the use of, and understand the benefits of, Tenet’s powerful adviser technology platform.


You will be responsible for the following:
• To support the deployment and adoption of adviser technology services, and contribute to the effective evolution of these services
• Deliver system training & adoption consultancy to both new and existing adviser firms
• Ensure relevant personnel are equipped to support technology and member on boarding activities, developing appropriate course and reference materials
• Input to training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs and deliver training courses
• Provide regular feedback on Adviser Technology services, in order to ensure continued development and improvement of the service proposition.


You will be able to demonstrate the following experience:
• Qualified to FPC/QCF Level 4 diploma level or working towards.
• Good understanding of the use of technology within adviser practices
• Experience of developing and delivering classroom style and online training courses.
• PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Training advisers to use technology solutions
• Good understanding of advice processes and FCA regulations
• Experience in the financial services industry in training / development / relationship roles
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Using and applying industry standard 'IFA’ systems such as: Focus:360, Intelligent Office, True Potential, Xplan, The Exchange, Assureweb, Trigold, Financial Express, Moody’s Analytics.
