A position has recently opened up at one of the fastest growing Mortgage Lenders in the whole of the West Midlands. To facilitate this growth, they are currently looking to add an experienced and enthusiastic Mortgage Customer Service Advisor to their team.

This position will allow any experienced mortgage professional to deal with incoming client enquiries and help to develop the currently expanding business.

• Taking initial customer enquiries and inputting new client information
• Assisting with applications and ensuring documentation is filled out correctly
• Checking applications for suitability and chasing applications for relevant supporting documentation
• Updating and verifying supporting documents/information and passing onto the processing and underwriting teams
• Providing feedback with respect to product development and commission setting


This position is exciting and will allow a broad exposure to customers as well as support the successful candidate in developing underwriting skills

An outstanding package is offered with this role, with salary of £18,000-£21,000, study support for CeMAP for candidates who would like to do so and 27 days holiday alongside full bank holidays.
