My client, based in the Walsall area, is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their expanding team. This role, within an established distribution company, is best suited to an enthusiastic candidate who has significant experience within accounts payable. Working within a larger team, this role reports into the Senior Purchase Ledger.

Main duties:

• Matching, batching and coding of invoices
• Processing purchase orders
• Dealing with all payment queries
• Monthly conciliations
• Creating new vendors
• Purchase Ledger administration


Ideal candidate:

• AVAILABLE ON SHORT NOTICE
• 2 years’ experience working with Purchase Ledger
• Proficient with Navision : beneficial
• Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel


This role will suit someone who is located in the Walsall area and looking to build upon a solid foundation of Purchase Ledger knowledge.
