Our Client is a leading Independent Broker In Worcester who has been trading for nearly 20 years is seeking a new Broking relationship manager.

Are you are Dynamic Broker who can deliver the following with immediate effect?

• To develop our Wholesale Broking arm with Brokers and Insurers
• Have existing relationships with Carriers in open market and Lloyds markets.
• Ensure new initiatives for securing new business are adopted and successfully implemented within the branches/sales offices. Actively engage in the company marketing strategy. Work in conjunction with the Account Executives
• Ensure the branch achieves the required rate of retention.
• Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and ensure expert advice in all areas of business worked
• Initiate and maintain successful professional relationships with external bodies to improve and enhance the services provided.
• Develop and maintain effective and valuable relationships with insurers and underwriters for the benefit of the company and its clients.

• Proven successful management in a volume insurance environment
• An insurance background with broking knowledge.
• Excellent technical knowledge.
• Good academic qualifications and preferably ACII (or working towards).
• Experience within a similar role.
