My client, a Financial Services company, is looking for an Administrator to join their expanding team. This role, based in the Newbury area, is a vital position that provides administrative support to a Financial Advisor. Working within a team of four, this role reports into the Senior Administrator.

Main duties:

• Data entry in regards to pensions and investments
• Creating relevant documents in a portfolio for the Advisor
• Meeting and greeting high-net worth clients
• Adding new clients to the database
• Calculating fees
• Implementing changes to final documents


Ideal candidate:

• 2 years’+ in an administrative role
• Analytical mind set
• Very organised
• Pro-active with a drive to succeed


This role will suit someone who is looking to join an IFA and prove their worth whilst having the option to progress in the long term. For this role my client is offering a salary of around Β£21,000 dependent upon experience.
