SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - LONDON, WEST END

A high end boutique estate agency in the West End are looking for individuals who have a passion for property and a customer centric approach to join their friendly team as a senior lettings negotiator.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have a track record of consistently achieving lettings targets and related KPI’s
• At least 1 years’ London Estate Agency experience
• Currently working within lettings agency
• Basic knowledge of relevant industry legislation
• Strong interpersonal skills, rapid ability to establish relationships
• Pro-active and revels in working both autonomously and as part of a team
• Full valid driving licence


The current role is being advertised due to internal promotion and the employee is keen to support all staff to further their career within the estate agency towards management or chartered surveyor.

The salary offered is £21,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience with £40K OTE + 23 days holiday + a company car + monthly and annual bonuses.
