SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR - Leeds City Centre

An exclusive and successful estate agency in Leeds are looking for individuals who have a passion for selling property to join their professional team as a senior sales negotiator.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have a track record of consistently achieving lettings targets and related KPI’s
• At least 1 years’ London Estate Agency experience
• Currently be working within and estate agency as a sales negotiator
• Have basic knowledge of relevant industry legislation
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, rapid ability to establish relationships
• Be pro-active and revels in working both autonomously and as part of a team
• Hold a full valid driving licence


The current role is being advertised due to internal promotion and the employee is keen to support all staff to further their career within the estate agency towards management.

The salary offered is £19,000 - £23,000 dependant on experience with an OTE of £45,000 + a company car + monthly and annual bonuses.
