SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - Huddersfield Town Centre

An boutique estate agency in Huddersfield are looking for individuals who have a passion for property to join their professional team as a senior lettings negotiator.

The ideal candidate must:

• Have a track record of consistently achieving lettings targets and related KPI’s
• At least 1 years’ London Estate Agency experience
• Currently be working within and estate agency as a lettings negotiator
• Have basic knowledge of relevant industry legislation
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, rapid ability to establish relationships
• Be pro-active and revels in working both autonomously and as part of a team
• Hold a full valid driving licence


The current role is being advertised due to internal promotion and the employee is keen to support all staff to further their career within the estate agency towards management.

The salary offered is £18,000 - £23,000 dependant on experience + monthly and annual bonuses.
