SALES LEDGER CLERK / AR CLERK : IMMEDIATE NEED


A fantastic opportunity has come up for an enthusiastic and driven sales ledger clerk to join a manufacturing company based in Dewsbury. The position is a part time 9 : 12 month maternity cover with the hope of the candidate proving themselves within this time and becoming a permanent member of the team.


SUMMARY
• Monday : Wednesday (9am : 5pm) : 20 hours per week
• Competitive hourly pay : option for overtime
• 28 days Pro rata holiday
• Dewsbury based : good transport links
• Operating on Sage Line 50


KEY DUTIES
• Producing sales invoices from customer orders
• Chasing and allocating payments
• Sending statements and remittance advises to customers
• Posting sales invoices to the sales ledger
• Producing aged debtor reports
• Face to face customer engagement





IDEAL CANDIDATE


The ideal candidate should be confident within the role and have some previous experience within such a position. My client is looking to pay between £8 - £10 per hour dependant on the candidate’s experience.
