Job Information

My client, a TV production company based in Uxbridge, is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their team. This role is responsible for providing financial and accounting assistance to the production team - dealing with all matters that arise during the course of production whilst reporting to the Production Finance Manager.

Main Duties:

• Issuing purchase orders
• Handling vendor invoices
• Liaising with Accounts Payable
• Managing and reconciling the production cash floats
• Managing and reconciling credit card expenditure


Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in an accounting / finance environment
• Knowledge of the SAP accountancy system
• Studying for a recognised accounting qualification (desirable)
• Minimum A level education or equivalent
