Job Information

Our client is looking for a Procurement Controller / Administrator to join there existing team. You'll be reporting to the Procurement Manager and will support the central function of the business. You will take responsibility for communication between the Purchasing and Sales departments and Suppliers.


The role will involve:
• Pricing of products
• Negotiate contracts
• Liaise with external clients and suppliers
• Liaise with internal project and sales teams
• Working to deadlines
• Creating quotes and proposals
• Manage documentation


Essential Skills:
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Strong Administration skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Self motivated and well organised
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organisation and planning skills
• Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
