My client, a leading sporting production organisation, is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their expanding team. This role, based in the Uxbridge area, provides financial support to the entire production team. Working within a larger team, this role reports into the Finance Manager.

Main duties:

• Processing purchase orders
• Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Reconciling cash floats and expenditure
• Dealing with T&E expenses
• Assisting with month reporting against budget
• Assisting with variance analysis


Ideal candidate:

• Proficient with SAP
• 4+ years’ in a similar role
• Media or production background : beneficial
• Excellent attention to detail


This role will suit someone who is wanting to join an established, international organisation that can utilise a solid foundation of knowledge.
