Job Information

Cameron James are working in partnership with a Yorkshire based company who pride themselves on Quality and Innovation and are experiencing a strong period of growth. As a result of this they are now looking for a Regional HR Assistant to cover all main aspects of the HR function including:

• Keeping accurate computerised HR records
• Providing MI reports and analysis.
• Being first point of contact regarding all Recruitment and General HR enquiries
• Writing adverts for all vacancies and advertising on agreed job boards and managing recruitment budgets
• Ensuring all employment checks for starters are completed, and sending out all related correspondence for new contracts and references.
• Assisting with Interviews, taking minutes and offering opinions
• Sourcing and booking training, along with all related diary management and employee attendance
• Taking minutes of meetings.
• General administration tasks
• Assisting with Employee Relations matters, from initial statements through to process and procedural advice


The successful person will be a tenacious, hardworking individual with a minimum of level 3 CIPD qualification and over 2 years within a related HR Administrative position.
