Job purpose and objectives:

• To Plan and organise customer product flow, blending and shipping in alignment with the customer’s requirements and production/storage infrastructure.
• Working in a JIT (Just In Time) environment, ensuring process of product conforms to EN product specification.
• Customer order control
• Manage and maintain the customer’s stock inventory, including third party product supply.
• Perform stock reconciliation across all products on a regular basis, conforming to company standard and HMRC legislation.
• Develop an in depth understanding of the operational possibilities/limitations while ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
• The ability to offer solutions to the customer and be able to problem solve in proactive manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, agents and hauliers.
• Manage workload in relation to customer requirements, taking into consideration current and planned storage activity.
• Control and manage the safe movement of hazardous products during the planning process, ensuring the UK policy and procedures on site security are adhered to.




Required Experience

• Senior planning exposure to supply, inventory, production and logistical planning.
• Experience of an ERP system and ideally lean process environment.
• Stringent KPI focussed environment, this is a very high volume process role.
• Experience of hazardous goods would be an advantage.
