Job Information

My client, a motor repair company, are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their growing team. This role, based in Hayes, focuses on day to day accounts payable.

Main duties:

• Posting and allocating payments
• Bank reconciliation
• Matching stock invoices
• Maintaining goods spreadsheet
• Resolving supplier queries
• Coding and processing invoices
• Maintaining cashbooks
• Analysis of expenses; maintaining expenses spreadsheets
• Managing purchase order processing


Ideal candidate:

• 2 years’ experience within purchase ledger
• Access Dimensions experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office : particularly Excel


This role will best suit someone who is focused with a strong attention to detail who is looking for a strong purchase ledger position that could lead into more accounts assistant responsibilities.
