Job Title: Varieties Supply Coordinator

The Role:

To deliver an efficient and effective supply chain process from Propagators to growers.

Overview:

• To liaise with growers, propagators and transport providers in the provision, analysis and exchange of data and information required to support and maintain an effective and efficient supply chain process.
• To work with our clients group Finance, Procurement and Technical teams in the provision, analysis and exchange of data and information required to support and maintain an effective and efficient supply chain process.


Key Accountabilities:

• Process Grower Orders
• Seasonal Supplier Programmes
• Stock Management
• Invoice and Credit Note Processing
• Month End Accrual Process
• Advice of Arrivals
• Company Initiatives and Compliance

Qualifications / Knowledge & Experience:

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Working knowledge of Spanish language (helpful but not essential)
• Knowledge of soft fruit and / or experience of working with horticultural/plant products (preferred but not essential)


• Knowledge of a supply chain process (preferred but not essential)


Specific Skills & Experience:

• Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
• Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven Time management skills: Accustomed to working with and meeting time critical deadlines.
• IT skills : at ease with IT software including Word, Excel.
• Numerate. Experienced in data analysis.
