Soft FM Account Manager

A Facility Solution provider offering soft services to blue chip commercial customers, which includes Small Ground Works, Drainage Maintenance etc. is seeking an Account Manager with experience in the areas of Drainage and General Maintenance to support all activity in line with the Groups Sales and Marketing Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Good operational planning and time management skills; able to manage projects simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality
• Ability to work with colleagues to deliver operational performance and to ensure standards and specifications are met
• Liaise with customers in a timely manner throughout the duration of the job, ensuring customer satisfaction call is made promptly on completion of the job


The Account Manager should also:

• Maintain all customers records and job records with full, accurate information
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and for the budgeted amount with an aim to maximise gross/net profit margin on each job
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of customer, staff and organisational information
• Plan Job board and allocate work to both Engineers & Sub Contractors
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and quality management.


You must have experience of managing soft FM contracts and be able to demonstrate effective account management.
