I am currently recruiting for an experienced generalist HR Advisor to join a growing organisation in Bedfordshire.

The successful candidate will have experience in as a generalist HR Advisor ideally in a fast paced environment. They will have experience of recruitment, employment law and managing a variety of Employee Relations cases. They will have their full CIPD qualification and ideally have experience of working with Unions.

Also experience of TUPE, Change Management and Project Management would be preferred but is not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Professional to join an expanding company which invests in its staff.

Due to the location of this position, candidates must be able to drive.

This is an urgent role and requires someone who can start ASAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit
• Proactively support the delivery of HR processes
• Manage complex and difficult HR projects
• Build strong business relationships with the internal customer
• Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks
• Recruit key talent
• Act as the performance improvement driver
• Design succession plans for key talent and key job positions
• Develop HR team members


?SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• CIPD, Human Resources Management Degree or equivalent
• Experience of working in a Generalist role
• Project management and change management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good leadership/coaching skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality and trust
• Strong business acumen
• Strong time management
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Employment law knowledge
