My Charity client based in Central London is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a busy hands on team. Candidates must have previous experience managing a team and be Qualified or Qualified By Experience with charity/NHS/Care home experience

Duties include:
• Providing Financial support and advice to management and budget holders
• Ensuring compliant with policies
• Overseeing the payroll department
• Day to day cashflow
• Assisting with the preparation of the management accounts
• Reporting to the Board
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting and supporting the sales ledger
• Ensuring debtor days are kept to a minimum
• Monthly debtor analysis
• Managing year end and preparing of P45, P60 P11ds
• Checking and authorising the payroll
• Overseeing supplier payments
• Checking and overseeing the Purchase ledger
• Supporting the management of daily cashflow
• Cash flow forecasts
• Managing a team
• Appraisals and leading the team


Key skills:
• Managing a team (min 5 years experience)
• All round accounts experience
• Qualification : ACCA/ACA/CIMA or QBE
• Navision experience (ideal but not essential)


The role is offering a competitive salary of cĀ£38k - Ā£40k dependent on experience and is a 6 month contract with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
