Cameron James are working with a growing and well known home improvement manufacturer based just outside of Leeds city centre who are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services - Office Administrator to be part of the growth plan. The successful candidate will be confident, tenacious, not scared of speaking with customers over the phone and face to face and will have excellent time management and organisational skills.

The Role:

• Booking appointment for directors, managers and sales departments
• Answering incoming calls and distributing as necessary
• Entering Time sheets hours for the Trade team
• Ordering office materials and maintaining stationary
• General office duties: filing, faxing, emailing etc.


The Candidate:

• Previous experience within a customer facing position is essential
• Confident over the phone and face to face
• Ability to manage workload
• Previous experience when dealing with Time sheets would be advantageous
• Able to work with limited direction and under pressure
