Job Information
Our Client, an established firm of Financial Advisors requires a Client Manager. The daily role is providing support, administration and technical reports to the clients of Client Advisers. You will cover the key areas of financial planning, specifically running the client account reviews:Planning review client:
? The CM will agree the annual review schedule with the CA and will contact clients directly to arrange the planning meetings.
? The planning meeting will consist of:
o Updated (or new) Voyant, on screen
o Comparison of key items in the client plan (objectives) comparing original to current.
o Updated valuations of both contracts and underlying assets
o Current/relevant investment IRR/Waterfall reports
o Commentary on investment performance since last meeting/review: current vs plan
o Updated CSA/fee agreement when necessary
o Confirmation of income received and time spent since (last meeting / annual / start)
o Restatement of objectives, to be updated at meeting.
o Update of risk profile, review of wrappers & contracts
o Update of cashflow since (last meeting / annual / start)
o Provision of tax return items, liaison with accountant
o Update client records / information within the portal, on screen
? CM will prepare the minutes and action any items required, dealing directly with the client under supervision of the CA
The daily role of a Client Manager
? Ownership of the client file, from the Client Service Agreement, to VoI documents to reports and evidence of research
? Ensuring client records are fully recorded and accurate, across Adviser Office, server records, Voyant and the client portal
? Maintain an ongoing relationship with the clients, keeping them informed, answering queries and arranging review meetings
? Completing relevant research and analysis of client future and existing arrangements, with continual reporting of relevant information via the client portal
