Cameron James are working with a well-established FMCG who are currently looking for a Part Time HR Administrator with a keen interest in Payroll which will form a key part of this role post training. This is an opportunity to join a busy and successful HR team covering nearly 1000 employees.


The main responsibilities are:


• HR Administration duties:
Full Generalist administration covering the following:
Recruitment: placing of adverts, liaising with external agencies, CV sifting and arranging of interviews and data entry relating to this.
Production of all employee documentation from initial contract, through to payments, deductions applying all contractual and statutory requirements.
Note taking at grievance and disciplinary meetings and processing of associated paperwork.
As first point of contact resolving initial queries, only escalating complex issues and concerns
Arranging Occupational Health meetings and appointments for long term absence, sending out letters and ensuring files are kept accurately.
Attending all absence meetings to ensure correct notes and administration of the process
Cascading all sickness and non-attendance issues to appropriate managers and logging onto the system
Ensuring the maintenance, update and data integrity of HR/Payroll systems

• Pay roll Duties


Initial chasing of payroll anomalies and answering general payroll queries
Long term : Full payroll cover
Dealing with all pay and contract queries from all employees within the business
Working within the team to ensure payroll validation on time
Perform checks on service outputs, meet audit requirements and cleanse/update data as required
Deal with all queries and enquiries relating to contractual changes of payments
Communication of any under payments identified to employees, recovery of over payments on the next payroll and notifying manager as well.


Hours of work are Tuesday to Friday 08:00- 16:30 32 Hours per week
Full Time equivalent Salary is £17,550
