Job Information

Cameron James are working with a well known leading Professional Services firm who are looking for an HR Generalist Advisor to support their current HR team. This will be a 12 month fixed term contract position with a view to a quick start date.

The company is highly people centric so are looking for someone who can empathise with people, communicate well at all levels and offer a professional image of the HR team.

The main duties involved are:

• To act as the first point of contact for HR queries
• To support and develop recruitment campaigns, handling budgets and timescales
• Assist in training and development for new starts, and continuous professional development
• Ensuring that all HR issues are assessed fairly and consistently complying with legal and company requirements
• To support the HR Business Partners with ER matters.
• To work in partnership with operational teams on recruitment, resourcing, development, performance management and employee relations.


The successful candidate will have:

• Generalist HR experience covering Recruitment, Attendance, Performance Management, Projects etc
• Demonstrable experience of working with and advising line managers
• First class IT, administration and communication skills
• CIPD qualified
• Confidence and Gravitas to work across all divisions of the business
