Job Information

My client, an accountancy practice, is looking for a Part-Qualified Semi Senior Accountant with at least 2 years’ experience to join their team. This role, based in the Wickford area, will be working within a larger team, & this position reports into the Financial Accountant.

Main duties:

• Audit and management accounts
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Balance Sheets, Trial Balance
• Client book-keeping
• Drafting financial statements / tax computations
• To assist the Financial Accountant in all duties
• Ad hoc project work


Ideal candidate:

• Part Qualified or Studying
• Knowledge of IRIS, Quickbooks, SAGE
• VAT returns experience
• Proficient with Excel
