My client, based in the Central London area, is looking for a temporary Purchase Ledger on an ongoing contract. This role, a vital part of the accounts function, would be based within a larger team and would report into the Finance Manager.Main duties:
Processing invoices
Reconciling delivery notes to invoices and purchase orders
Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
Process business expenses returns
Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques
Complying with company policy and procedures
Ideal candidate:
Ability to commit to a temporary candidate
2+ years experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills
