Job Information

My client, based in the Central London area, is looking for a temporary Assistant Accountant on an ongoing contract. This role, a vital part of the accounts function, would be based within a larger team and would report into the Finance Manager.

Main duties:

• Assist with the preparation of the monthly management accounts
• Assist with the preparation of the year-end accounts
• Assist with the annual budget and quarterly re-forecast process
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Credit control
• Control account reconciliation and month-end working schedules
• Assisting with annual statutory returns (P11d, PAYE settlements)


Ideal candidate:

• Ability to commit to a temporary candidate
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills
