My client, based in Stratford, is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their expanding business. This role would be well suited to someone with lots of experience within Accounts Payable, ideally within a manufacturing background, who is now wanting to establish themselves in a reputable company.

Main duties:

• Processing and authorising invoices
• Dealing with all payment queries
• Working with multiple currencies
• Weekly / Monthly payment runs
• Raising purchase orders)
• Processing employee expenses
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Creating new vendors


Ideal candidate:

• 3+ years’ experience in a Purchase Ledger role
• Experience of high volume Accounts-Payable date entry
• Intermediate use of Excel : Pivot Tables/V Lookups


This role will suit someone who is wanting to build upon a great foundation of Purchase Ledger knowledge. For this role my client is looking at offering up to Β£24,000 dependant on experience.
