Job Information
My client are an established independent broker and they are looking for an experienced claims professional to step in to a Claims Manager role at their office in Leeds.With offices across the UK, they cover a variation of both personal and commercial business lines.
Within this role you will be responsible for managing the operations within a small team of 4 staff who handle a broad range of claims for commercial and connected clients.
• Handling any technical claims
• Dealing with any complaints
• Ensure a rapid turnaround for all claims
• Allocate work to the team accordingly
• Manage training, audits, policies & procedures
• This position will report directly to two office Directors, who oversees the main function of the claims department in this particular office.
Experience Required
• 5 Years + Commercial Claims Experience
• Cert CII minimum (desirable)
• Team Management skills
• Be able to lead by example
• Live within commutable distance to the office
Salary £30,000 (negotiable and dependent upon experience) along with an excellent benefits package.
