Our client is an ambitious and dynamic business within the Property Development Sector. They are looking to strengthen their finance team and are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join the Business. This is a superb role as there are genuine growth and development opportunities should you meet the required criteria and contribute to the success of the business.

The ideal candidate will need to be an experienced Accountant with a previous track record of supporting and guiding financial management, identifying trends to support commercial decision making and working to meet organizational goals. You key duties will include the following:

• Providing and interpreting financial information
• Liaising with debt funders
• Identify and interpret trends and provide support for improvements and recommendations
• Analysis to support business decisions
• Build effective communications
• Budgeting, forecasting and cashflows
• Developing and managing external relationships with auditors, banker, Inland revenue and solicitors
• Conduct reviews and evaluations to identify opportunities
• Producing financial; reports
• Managing funds to maximise investment returns
• Minimising risk
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows, predicting future trends, analyzing change and advising.


Applicants need to be ACCA or CIMA Qualified. It is essential that you are confident in working to tight deadlines and delivering a high quality of information within a fast paced environment. You will need to be naturally persuasive, with strong communication skills and possess a track record of being an effective Business Partner. Ideally you will have experience within the Construction Industry Sector and or of managing a debt fund.
