Cameron James are proud to be working in partnership with a leading senior care organisation looking for an HR Administrator with a specific MI and analytical background from a social care background.

Main Responsibilities include:

• To work closely with the HR Manager and Key senior stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that Recruitment is fully compliant across Right to Work, DBS checks and Nurse PIN numbers.
• To work with the HR System (Snowdrop) to enter all new staff data accurately and use the system to ensure all legislation is correct and auditable.
• Produce Management Information reports detailing renewals required to the relevant parties
• Work with the Management teams on workforce planning to ensure you are up to date with all recruitment drives and planned staff intakes
• Take a key role in all recruitment administration and cascade information through to key people.


Experience required:

• CIPD qualification
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Experience working at Administrator or Advisor level in an HR environment
• Previous analytical experience and demonstrable ability at pulling reports
• Ideally have worked with Snowdrop or similar previously
• Have worked with Nurse PIN numbers, Tier 2 and Tier 4 sponsorships and Visas
• Have full understanding of Right to Work and DBS checks
